Vintage Perforating Machine American Bank Equipment Co Check Canceler PWD Co

Description

This is a collectible, vintage, maybe antique check canceler. You can set the date on it and it will stamp paid, the date, and PWD Co, which I assume stands for public works department company. Also known as a perforating machine, or invoice voider.
The machine is obviously not in perfect shape. There are scratches on it, paint removed, and a little bit of corrosion on some of the fasteners or in the joints. I have tried to picture the imperfections of the machine. Also the rubber bumper is only partially intact. I will probably take the two side shelves off to ship this heavy beast.
