Early 30'X70' Lancaster county, Pennsylvania Tobacco Barn
This post and beam barn is in overall very good condition. I believe the wood is hemlock. Barn includes scaffolding rails and good floor. Tin roof is included. Frame requires very little work but one eve beam would likely need to be replaced .
Barn could be reassembled or wood would be perfect for projects and new builds using reclaimed wood. Foundation is NOT included.
Reasonable offers to be considered. Site cleanup and reclamation is negotiable.
Buyer is responsible for disassembly and moving
