Timber Barn Frame 30x50 Feet

Disassembled barn frame for sale. Approximately 50 feet long by 30 feet wide and about 14 feet to the eves. Beams and posts in good shape. They are sawn hemlock. No dry rot except a little on the uppermost beams. Frame is tagged (although the labeling system is not great) and has been sitting in another barn for about 3 years. Braces were originally nailed in place, not mortise/tenoned, but the rest of the frame is mortise and tenoned as seen in the pictures. Posts and top plates are 8”x8” and the tie beams are 8”x10”. The upper posts and beams are slightly smaller, between 6-7” square.
Does not include any exterior board siding, rafters, or roofing. Does not have sill beams.
This frame will need some work to put back together and needs some minor repairs here and there, but overall it is a sound, sturdy , and aesthetically pleasing frame that still has years of use left in it. Price 000 obo. Prefer local pickup in north central Pennsylvania (we can load your trailer), but trucking can be arranged at buyer’s expense.
