    The Story of Plywood Homes. 1959 8 page article reprinted from The Review of the Society of Residential Appraisers. Not dated but should be 1950's. (pre-zip code).  VG condition, front cover with some wrinkling, small creases, slight toning at left side.  Other pages are tight and clean.    I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is .95 in the U.S.
