    This deep aqua Flamenco polyester eight-gore panel skirt has an adjustable elastic drawstring waist.The ruffle matches the color of the skirt, but the ruffles are dramatically edged with black bias tape.
    Use it for Spanish dance class, performance, or rehearsal - or dress it up with layers and ethnic jewelry for Tribal Fusion.  It works beautifully both ways!
