Reconditioned Engine Camshaft Triumph Spitfire 1500 and MG Midget with Warranty

Ann Arbor Sportscar is pleased to offer a reconditioned used OEM engine camshaft for the stock engine found in the Triumph Spitfire 1500 and the 1975 – 1980 MG Midget.
The number cast on the side of the camshaft is 88312188.   Please see close-up photo for details.
This camshaft was recently serviced by Delta Camshaft, Tacoma, Washington – one of the nation’s most trusted names in camshaft service and regrinding.  Firstly, Delta pre-washed this camshaft to remove all oil and carbon build-up, then soft-scrubbed it in a media solvent tumbler to remove all rust and residual carbon.  We instructed Delta to regrind this camshaft to factory stock specifications.  Post-grinding quality control includes checking for straightness.  The camshaft lobes were checked to ensure that they are within tolerances for run-out.  The main bearing areas were micro-polished to remove discoloration.  Finally, the camshaft was treated with a rust-preventative lubricant.  Please visit their website at deltacam for a complete description of their detailed process.  This camshaft comes with a warranty backed by Delta Camshaft.
