Up for auction is this old Tennessee Barn - reclaim the lumber for other uses.  It is approximately 40 feet wide x 70 feet wide and 18 feet tall on the side walls.
The buyer is purchasing the entire barn from the ground up and no real estate is included.
The auction includes the entire interior and exterior structure minus the foundation. The siding is in very good condition with some extremely long planking on the upper sides.
The barn is located near Norris Lake in Tazewell, TN which is about an hour north of Knoxville.  The barn can be inspected prior to purchase.   There is flexibility around the timing of barn removal.
The buyer will need to submit evidence of ample liability insurance to provide coverage for any of their workers in the event of a mishap. The buyer also agrees to hold the property owner harmless in the event of an accident.  The buyer is expected to remove all materials and leave behind minimal debris.
