    CORRECT 52-57 rear cam gallery reverse tapper plug if your rebuiling your y block linc most shops will use a normal freeze out plug in the back of the block the cam may not fit all the way in because its riding on the incorrect plug this plug has a reverse tapper alowing proper clearance and oiling [i foung this out when i changed cams in my 368 the rear of cam was scored along with the normal freeze out plug
