    NASA Space Shuttle Salt Water Activated Release Mechanisms SWAR Flown Hardware.
    I can’t prove that they are flown yet. I have friends at NASA that tell me that almost all of the SWAR’s were flown and that the wear on these are correct for flown items.
    I’m looking for anyone to email me or text me as to the best way to look up Conax or USA items and prove that they are flown.

    I appreciate any help that anyone can give me.
    For now. Local pick up only, as I would like the purchaser to see the items first.
    They weigh over 4 pounds each.

    These were used when the SRB’s came back to Earth and released the parachutes when activated by salt water (or hit the ocean).
    The last picture is a flown SWAR that sold on Heritage in 2019.
