This kit is designed to be a very flexible, but yet affordable package, suited for someone wanting to cut the high costs that come with turn key log home packages.
With this package, you may pick out a plan that accommodates a basic 1 level 1800 sq. ft. house and this kit should provide enough building materials for the construction of the basic shell.  This also includes enough siding for the gable ends of a standard house.  This also includes enough tongue and groove for the inside walls of a standard home.  Including enough trim boards normally used for this amount of tongue and groove.  If you need to add extra height to the house, or if you need any additional building materials than what is listed, please contact us and we will help you!
This kit includes enough building materials to construct the basic shell of an 1800 sq. ft. log home with an eight foot wall height. (Example 8'Hx30'Wx60'L etc)
This is a basic economy kit. You must purchase other building materials required to complete the home.
All that is provided is what has been listed below.
Material is milled from Eastern White Pine.  All material is kiln dried.  Material is not numbered or precut. Material has been manufactured using a log moulder, but is not finish sanded or pre-stained. No framing included for interior walls. No roof or porch system is included, but may be purchased separately.  Material pictured is not the actual material you will receive.  We mill our material fresh for every order to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction!

Construction of this home, acquiring a builder, complying with local building codes, and ongoing maintenance is the customer's responsibility.
This package includes the following:
2300 linear feet of 6" x 8" D-log.
1100 linear feet of 2” x 8” D-log siding (for gable ends of house).
2000 linear feet of 1” x 8” tongue and groove boards (for interior walls).
1000 linear feet of 1” x 6” trim boards.
5 boxes of 11” heavy duty log screws. (1,250 total screws. This allows for screws to be placed every 2 feet in logs)
3 boxes of foam gasket. (Placed between logs for maximum sealant.)
4 boxes of log home caulking.
6 x 8 D-log details:
D shaped profile on outside with v joint on back.  Drip edge on front.  Double tongue and groove providing an air-tight stacking design.
2 x 8 D-log siding details:
D shaped profile on outside with ship lap joint.
1 x 8 t&g details:
Tongue and groove design. ¾” finish thickness. “V” joint to match the look of the inside of the D-log walls.
