Brass and enamel VINTAGE Hanukkah Menorah MADE IN ISRAEL HEBREW Judaica

Description

This is a beautiful brass and (I believe) enamel menorah made in Israel. It was purchased in around 1974, so it most likely dates from around that timeframe.
The markings on the top of the base read "ISRAEL" on one side and it has some Hebrew letters on the other side that I can't make out.
The markings on the underside of the bottom read what looks like "⚡️№ 250" on one side and "MADE IN ISRAEL" on the other.
