    Description

40' x 60' two-story tobacco barn built 1945 available today (purchaser responsible for dismantling and moving barn at own risk with notarized form for waiver of liability required). Constructed of hemlock, red oak, and poplar. Bottom floor has a pass-thru with stalls on each side. Upper floor is set up for hanging tobacco. Roof is largely intact with some modest rot or damage evident. Roof has not only beams but is boarded under tin; this large barn contains thousands of board feed of lumber. Check out the photos. Barn may be removed and reconstructed on your site or repurposed as salvaged lumber. Direct access to Highway 297 so that equipment may be utilized on site. The area around the barn has been cleared (approximately 100 yards off Hwy 297 behind a locked gate). Take a look at the photos for condition. Great fit if you're in the reclaimed wood business or looking for a classic barn.  TERMS: Buyer responsible for dismantling, removing, and transporting barn and any remains within 120 days (barn must be completely removed from the site by purhaser).
