We
have a barn for sale that was built most likely in the late 1800's to early 1900's.Barn has mostly been use to house equipment last many years. The approx. size 54x42 with a 15 ft lean to on one end. The center beams are still in pretty good shape but outer beams seen better day due to roof. We are selling due to winds in May that peeled back center of rear roof as pictured and most of barn can still be salvaged this year. Has second floor in good shape on one side the other side has damage. We believe this may be last season for barn if not saved.The removal site has easy access next to main highway with no problem for removal with semi trailer .We do have another smaller equipment building that may be used in deal if needed.
Would like the barn taken down and hauled away in a timely fashion Buyer needs to submit documentation to the seller of having ample liability insurance to provide coverage for any of their workers in the event of a mishap and the buyer also agrees to hold the property owner harmless in the event of an accident Buyer is purchasing the entire barn
