    Description

    Beautiful antique timber frame.  Would make a wonderful vacation home!
    This 1800's timber frame was located in Wisconsin and taken down in 2013.  It has been stored inside.  The frame has 15' sidewalls and a peak height of 25'4".  It is a 4 bent/3 bay structure.
    All parts are labeled with their location and plans with timber locations will be provided (one page of plans is in picture 12).  Frame includes bent timbers, bracing, roof rafters, and any other structural elements of the frame.  Floor decking, roof decking, sill beams, floor joists and any foundation not included.  If any timbers are compromised, material suitable to make replacements will be provided (hand hewn pine timbers) for buyer to make the replacements.
