Antique Jewish Menorah Art Deco Machine Age looks like from Germany

18 inches high, 11.5 inches wide. The arms are very heavy, the base is rather light, and the nut connecting the base to the stem is loose and I cannot seem to get it off to adjust it, so, as of now, this menorah cannot stand upright, it needs a professional to take it apart and put it back together. Incredible design, base has a lengthy dedication in Hebrew to a synagogue in Tel-Aviv, which makes sense, as many German Jews left Germany to Palestine after Hitler's rise to power in 1933.
