Price is per linear foot.  Price listed is for one foot.  You submit how many feet you need.  Minimum order is 800 lf.  Contact us if you need to order less than this amount.
Logs will vary in length.  Mostly 12'-16' lengths, but may contain some 8'-10' lengths as well.
Log specie is Eastern White Pine.  Kiln dried to a stable moisture content.  Standard wall grade.  11" stack height.
Details:
This kit is designed for the true do-it-yourselfer.  If you are wanting to save the most money and escape the high costs that come with turn-key log home packages this kit is for you!  You may pick out any plan and figure out the linear feet of logs you need.  If the plan for the home has standard 8' walls it will take 9 courses of 12" logs.  Multiply 9 times the distance around the house and you will have the number of feet you need.  Let me give you an example:  On a normal 1800 sq. ft. house.  If the walls are 30'x60'.  Add length of walls together 30'+60'+30'+60'= 180'  Then, multiply 180'x9= 1620' lf.  A normal 1800 sq. ft. house with 30'x60' walls will take 1620 lf of 6x12 logs.
This is only to be used for a guide.  Actual linear footage needs to be figured from the blueprint of each home.

Material is milled from Eastern White Pine.  All material is kiln dried.  Material is not numbered or precut. Material has been manufactured using a log moulder, but is not finish sanded or pre-stained. No framing included for interior walls. No roof or porch system is included, but may be purchased separately.

Construction of this home, acquiring a builder, and complying with local building codes is the customer's responsibility.
6 x 12 D-log details:
D shaped profile on outside with v joint on back. Double tongue and groove providing an air-tight stacking design.  Milled dimensions are 5 1/2x11 1/2.  Stack height is 11".

You may arrange a truck to pick up the material or we can help arrange a truck for delivery.  Before purchasing, contact us for a shipping quote.
